We aim to get your order on its way as soon as possible. Please understand that as we are shipping batteries, some items have a dangerous goods classification which may cause delivery time frames to vary.

Our estimated delivery times are 2-3 working days (North Island) and 3-4 working days (South Island).

You will receive an emailed link to your tracking number as soon as your order has been scanned and collected by the courier company (via Go Sweet Spot).

We are unable to cancel or amend your order once it has been placed. This includes varying the order and changing the delivery address.

If there are any issues upon receipt of your order, please notify us within 7 days.

Returns & refunds.

Unfortunately, we don’t provide a refund just because you’ve changed your mind.

You may exchange or return your item for store credit within 14 days of purchase. All returned goods must be presented with proof of purchase and be suitable for re-sale e.g. unused and in original packaging, with all labels and terminals in tact. Surcharges relating to payment methods are non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns of custom products, special orders and/or used items.

Return freight is at your cost, and the item/s remain your responsibility until such time as they reach us. As such we strongly recommend you use a tracked shipping method.

If your item is faulty, we will absolutely honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more information.
